Not sure if they have to refund with software as you could have made copies and still use after refund. Not sure tho. Also not sure if our 14 day cooling off law applies if it is a purchase outside the EU?

Yes. In the UK goods (even digital) purchased online have a 14 grace period — unless the said product was tailored customised or bespoke (which is not the case).

Also, when you’re buying fonts you’re buying the licence to use them. If you don’t use them and you didn’t use the licence you haven’t used the product. Insist!
